Sestavine:
- 500 g masla
- 500 g čičerikine moke
- 4 žlice kokosove moke za maso
- 4 žlice mletih in praženih lešnikov za maso
- 300 g mletega sladkorja
- 200 g mletih in praženih lešnikov za posim
Ingredients:
- 500 g butter
- 500 g chick-pea flour
- 4 tablespoons coconut flour (grated coconut) for mixture
- 4 tablespoons grinded and roasted hazelnuts for mixture
- 300 g powdered sugar
- 200 g grinded and roasted hazelnuts for topping

Recept po korakih:
Step by step recipe:
1. Pripravite si sestavine in jih postavite v bližino ponve.

2. V ponvi na nizkem ognju stopite maslo.
Over low heat melt the butter in a pan.
3. Naslednji korak je ta, da dodate čičerikino moko in jo dobro primešajte, da ne nastanejo grudice. Pražite in mešajte približno 10 minut, razvile se bodo vonjave po orehih.
In the next step you mix in the chick-pea flour very good with a wooden spatula, so there would be no lumps left. Fry an stirr about 10 minuts, until develops a nut like aroma.
4. Dodajte kokosovo moko in mlete pražene lešnike ter dobro premešajte. To pražite še približno 2 minuti.
Stir in the coconut flour and grinded hazelnuts. Stir-fry for 2 minutes more, blending the ingrediants well.
5. Odstavite in dodajte sladkor v prahu. Če želite lahko maso prestavite v skledo in si pri mešanju pomagate z vilico, da zdrobite grudice.
Take the pan off the heat and add the powdered sugar. If you want you can move the mixture from the pan to a bowl and mix thoroughly with a fork to break up lumps.
6. Premešajte tudi da enakomerno razporedite sestavine. Za nekaj minut postavite maso na hladno in ko je dovolj hladna za rokovanje izdelajte kroglice ter jih povaljajte v lešnikih.
Mix thoroughtly to distribute the ingredients evenly. Set aside to cool for a few minutes and when the mixture is cool enough to handle, form the mixture in walnut-sized balls and roll them in grinded and roasted hazelnuts.
7. Kroglice poljubno zložite, za nekaj časa postavite v hladilnik in jih ponudite.
Arrange the laddu balls as you wish, place them into the refrigerator for about half an hour and then you can offer.
Ta sladica mi je ena izmed najboljših, všeč mi je hitra in enostavna priprava. Je indijska sladica, ki lahko namesto kokosa in lešnikov vsebuje tudi sezam, orehe, rozine in še marsikatere dodatke. Potrebno je le razmisliti o ustrezni kombinaciji. Če želite lahko nekatere kroglice pustite nepovaljane in odsevale bodo lepo, malce zlato barvo.
This sweet is one of my favorite, I like a quick and simple preparation. This is an Indian sweet in which you can mix sesame seeds, walnuts, raisins and other ingredients, instead of coconut flour and grinded hazelnuts. Before mixing you should think over about proper combinations of new ingredients. If you want, you can leave som laddu balls without topping and they will shine a little bit gold.
